PRICES ARE EXCLUDING VAT, WE WILL SEND YOU A FORM TO COMPLETE ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED THE ORDER. TO QUALIFY FOR VAT RELIEF YOU MUST HAVE A LONG TERM ILLNESS OR DISABILITY. IF YOU DO NOT QUALIFY WE WILL HAVE TO CHARGE THE 20% VAT PRIOR TO DISPATCH.
