We can service and repair most mobility aids. There are a few products and manufacturers that we do not work on, please contact us with as much information about your product and we’ll be happy to help. This includes, mobility scooters, wheelchairs, riser recliner chairs, electric profiling beds and walking aids Please note that a service is maintaining a working product, if it’s not working correctly it comes under a repair. We can deal directly with most insurance companies taking the stress out of any claim.
Servicing costs
Mobility Scooters and power-chairs £70, that includes collection and dropping back to you. If you bring the product to either shop it is £60. Rollator’s £30 and manual wheelchairs are £50 if taken to one of our shops. We can collect for an additional cost of £10.
We can visit you to carry out repairs, the price depends on your location. We will require payment upfront from new customers. If you do not have the means to pay over the phone please tell us and we will arrange something.
